The photographs displayed on this site are my life's work (so far), but only the beginning.

I pride myself on approaching photojournalism with a blue collar work ethic. That means braving the elements and working weekends for the past 15 years. Opting for hiking boots and waterproofs instead of loafers and slacks to get the story.

Internships at Philadelphia newspapers led to a staff photographer position with a daily newspaper in New Jersey before later focusing on Irish sport as part of Ireland's largest sports photo agency. Based out of Dublin, Ireland, I was sent on assignment to Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Denmark, Hong Kong, France, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and UK.

For the past three years, I freelanced in California for newspapers like San Francisco Chronicle and The Mercury News as well as wire services AP, Getty, USA Today Sports and Icon Sportswire. In addition, I took photos for Stanford University by way of International Sports Images based in Palo Alto.

Starting in 2021, my next frames will be captured in native Philadelphia.

An infinitely wiser and braver man than himself once said, "If your photographs aren't good enough, you're not close enough." - Robert Capa, co-founder of Magnum Photos.

The above self-portrait was taken after photographing an Indian Holi Festival where participants toss colorful dyes on one another and represents that spirit in a small way.
